Di Tanno Associati with Kryalos SGR in the launch of the “Keystone Fund”

Di Tanno Associati advised Kryalos SGR in the launch of a new fund reserved for institutional investors named “Keystone Fund” for the management and valorization of credits mainly unlikely-to-pay (UTP).

The firm, with a team composed of Partner Roberto Della Vecchia, Partner Emanuele Marrocco and Counsel Mirko Lacchini, handled the profiles relating to the structuring of the fund, the regulatory aspects of the transaction, as well as the authorization procedures with the Bank of Italy and Consob related to the establishment of the Keystone Fund and the collection of subscriptions.
