Imu on occupied properties: Di Tanno Associati obtains appeal to the Constitutional Court

Di Tanno Associati with Partner Fabrizio Iacuitto, Manager Rosamaria Nicastro and Associate Anna Paola Di Pillo obtained, with two orders of the Court of Cassation, the submission to the Constitutional Court of the question of constitutional legitimacy on the issue of IMU on illegally occupied properties.
