Tommaso Di Tanno appointed Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Kedrion SpA.

Tommaso Di Tanno, founder of Di Tanno Associati, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of biopharmaceutical company Kedrion SpA, for the three-year period 2022-2024. The appointment came upon completion of the joint acquisition of Kedrion and Bpl (Bio Products Laboratory) by Permira Funds, in partnership with the Marcucci family.
